Registration fees and payment

Registration fees of LC 2000:

• 1200 FF (182,93 Euros) before April 18, 2000, and
• 1500 FF (228,67 Euros) thereafter.

Payment must be made in French Francs. Payment can be made

• either by check from a bank account in France, payable to " AOC LC 2000 ",
• or by credit card (Master Card or Visa). We strongly recommend this method for paying from abroad, as it is cheaper for you and easier for us.
• or by international money order, payable to " René Cori ". In this case, due to postal fees and fluctuating exchange rates, we may have to adjust the amount you owe when you register in Paris.

Cancellation policy

The registration fees are refundable until June 15, 2000 (minus handling fees); after June 15, only 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. The housing deposit is refundable until April 3 (minus handling fees), and is not refundable after that date (see our housing page for details).

On-site registration

When you arrive in Paris, you must register with us. We will give you the "conference package", which contains information about LC200 and about Paris, the booklet of abstracts, and a badge. We will also settle all financial questions (if you have a grant, please do not forget to bring your travel receipts and your passport). Information about social events will be provided, and you will be able to sign up for the banquet, the excursions, the special evenings.
The on-site registration starts on Saturday the 22nd from 4pm till 8pm. It continues on Sunday 23rd, starting at 9am, and will run throughout the early part of the meeting. We however urge you to register upon arrival.
