The deadline for applying for financial support was on March 31, 2000.
The financial support we are able to give comes from three sources:
- The ASL, with
additional
support from the NSF, helps financing student
and recent PhD participation.
- ELSS 2000 has obtained funding
from the European Community, and will support young researchers from the
European Community and associated states.

A grant from the Ministère de la Recherche gives support to
researchers
from countries of the former USSR.
We are very grateful to these institutions who are allowing us to make LC 2000 a very well-attended conference.
To those who will receive financial support from us: Please bring your
travel receipts with you when you register in Paris.
